But we should have some kind of "official position", when they announce it. Because I don't think, we should keep it in private, that we already knew about Mandriva's plans in advance and we should be ready to answer questions from our community, why we kept it in private. After all, Mageia is about openness (if that is an English word). I don't have any objections, to keep it in private until Mdv announces its plans and I see it as a big plus for us, that they did decide on using Mageia. But we must make certain our community and the rest of the open source world does understand, we will keep our independence. That's something about our credibility.
